All this was expressed by Murtić with an artistic expression in which the "meaning" of the abstract, the strong expressiveness and the plentitude of signs converge with the intense experience of nature, presented as the affirmation of life, life that continues despite everything.
Murtić's art today is a manifestation of many years of searching and experimentation, a synthesis of the characteristics of various style periods and painting techniqus.
In his work, he strictly follows his most profound feelings, uniting seemingly opposing painting expressions, thus achieving the ideal of creative freedom for which he always perseverd.
